Funeral services will be held from the Moravia Catholic Church in Moravia, Texas on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Friday, March 15 from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, Texas, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm.

Interment will be in the Moravia Catholic Cemetery in Moravia, Texas.

Survivors include:  daughters-Dorothy Young/husband David, Kathryn Pilat/husband Pat, Rose Ann Brosh/husband Thomas and Donna Filip/spouse Brenda; son-E.J. Filip;  daughter-in-law-Henrietta Filip; brothers-Joe J. Siegel/wife Betty, Jerry G. Siegel/wife Judy and Dennis R. Siegel/wife Carol; sister-in-law-Carolyn Huepers Siegel; 13 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

The family request donations be made to:  Moravia Catholic Church, Moravia, Texas; or Crown Hospice of Victoria, Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband-Marvin; son-Franklin; and 2 brothers.
