Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 10 am from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. John, Texas.

Visitation will begin after 5 pm Tuesday, November 26, from Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, Texas, with the Parish rosary to follow at 7 pm.

Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in High Hill, Texas.

The family has requested donations be made to:  St. John Catholic Church; or Hospice of South Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  daughter-Barbara Steffek/husband Ricky of Hallettsville; son-David Kubos/wife Michele of St. John; sister-Lillian Schwenke of St. John; 2 grandchildren; 1 step grandchild; and 1 step great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband-August Kubos; 4 sisters; and 4 brothers.
