Graveside services will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 2 pm at Schulenburg City Cemetery in Schulenburg, Texas.

Family requests donations be made to the Ron and Bradley Mathis Memorial Scholarship Fund or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: daughter Cathy Mathis Willhoite/Stephen of Schulenburg, Texas; son-Thomas F. Mathis, Jr./Mary Nell of Crowell, Texas; daughter-in-law-Barbara Mathis of Schulenburg, Texas; 6 grandchildren-Jason Mathis, Jonathan Mathis/Mindy, Audrey Laws, Caitlin Willhoite, Dana Mathis, and Megan Mathis Marak/Christopher; and 4 great grandchildren-G.C. Laws IV, Kyle Marak, Connor Marak, and Maggie Mathis.

She is preceded in death by her husband-Thomas F. Mathis, Sr; son-
Ronald Gene Mathis; grandson-Bradley Gene Mathis; her parents; sisters-Evelyn Marie Helms and Flora Leah Brown; brothers-Louis Willis Wilson, Archie Hugh Wilson and Charles Wilson.
