Funeral services will be held from St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 11 am.

Visitation will begin at the Church after 10 am, with the Catholic Daughters rosary to be recited prior to the mass at 10:30 am.

Entombment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum in Schulenburg, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to:  American Diabetes Association; or St. Rose Catholic Church, Schulenburg, Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  daughters-Mildred Valenzuela of Schulenburg and Miranda Mendel of Georgetown; son-Michael Mendel/wife Michelle Werner-Mendel of Shiner; 9 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband-Edwin; 1 sister; and 1 brother.
