Services for Mrs. Annie Matula, age 79, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Wednesday, February 8, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg.

Entombment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum in Schulenburg.

The family requests donations be made to: St. Rose Catholic Church or School, Schulenburg, Texas; Hospice of South Texas, Hallettsville, Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: daughter-Connie Taylor/husband David of Schulenburg; son-Stephen Matula/wife Lisa of Schulenburg; brother-Otto Kocian, Jr./wife Elaine of Schulenburg; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her Parents and husband-John.
