Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 2 pm from The Queen of The Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn, Texas, 936 FM 2436, La Grange, Texas 78945.

Visitation will begin at the Church at noon Friday, with the rosary to be recited prior to the mass at 1:30 pm.

Interment will be in The Queen of The Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Hostyn.  Full Military Honors will be conducted at the graveside by the Schulenburg American Legion and VFW.

Following the service, a reception will be held at The Queen of The Holy Rosary Catholic Church Hall in Hostyn, Texas.

Survivors include:  wife-Evelyn Lamza of Houston; 2 daughters-Patty Elder/husband Dave of Spring and Linda Rowe/husband David of Houston; son-David Lamza/wife Polly of Houston; 3 sisters-Sydonia "Toni" Luco of Yoakum, Betty Jo Baca of Victoria and Eunice Vincent of Corpus Christi; brother-Cleo Lamza of Iola; 9 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents-Amalia and Joseph Lamza; 1 sister-Vangie O'Neal; and 1 brother-Leonard Lamza.
