The funeral services for Mr. Carl Wendler, age 90 of Schulenburg, Texas, will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 10 am from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, with the American Legion and VFW memorial services at 6:30 pm and the Parish rosary to follow at 7 pm.

Interment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg. The Schulenburg VFW and American Legion will conduct full military services at the gravesite.

Survivors include: daughter-Cheryl Schulman/husband Craig of College Station; brother-in-law-Jackie Skelton of La Grange; and 4 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife-Frances; and Daughter-Carol.

Family requests donations be made to: Schulenburg FFA Scholarship Fund; Colorado Valley Independent Cattleman's Association; or a charity of one's choice.
