Funeral services for Mr. Clarence Guentert, age 89, of Freyburg, Texas
will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 10 am from the Swiss Alp United
Evangelical Lurheran Church.

Visitation will be from 4 - 7 pm on Sunday, July 17 with VFW and American
Legion Memorial services at 6:30 pm at the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral
Home in Schulenburg,Texas.

Burial will be in Freyburg Salem Memorial Cemetery.

Full Military Honors will be conducted by the Schulenburg VFW and
American Legion at the graveside.

Memorials may be made to: Swiss Alp Lutheran Heritage
Foundation; Freyburg Salem Memorial Cemetery; Schulenburg VFW;
American Legion; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: daughters-Joyce and Harlan Kobza of Schulenburg and Patsy
Holub of Schulenburg; son-Clinton and Teri Guentert of Freyburg; 6 grandchildren;
8 great grandchildren; brother-Curtis and Jeanette Guentert of Hunt, Texas; sisters-
Dolly and James Hatfield of Freyburg and Melba Fay Whitsett of Longview; and
sister-in-law-Ruby Guentert of Birmingham, Alabama.
