Services will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas.  The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. with Mass to be recited at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Weimar Masonic Cemetery in Weimar, Texas.  Military honors will be conducted by the Schulenburg American Legion at the graveside.

Clarence is survived by:  daughters-Shirley Miksch-Loubengeiger/husband-Robert of Corpus Christi; and Brenda Miksch of San Antonio; sons- James Miksch of Schertz, Charles Miksch of Ormond Beach, Florida, and William Miksch of Corpus Christi; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters- Sister Earline Louise Miksch of San Antonio, Vernell Beran/ husband-Tony of Richmond, Sister Helen Marie Miksch of San Antonio, Linda Doster of Austin, and Diane Cox/husband-Mike of Driftwood; brothers, Alvin Miksch/wife-Irene of Houston, Leroy Miksch/wife-Pat of Cypress, Henry Miksch/wife-Gloria of La Grange, Harlen Miksch/wife-Jane of Austin, David Miksch/wife-Karen of Spring Branch,  Dennis Miksch/wife-Debbie of Round Rock.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bernice; infant son; and one sister.
