Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11am from St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas.

Visitation will begin Saturday at the Church at 9:30am, with the Parish and Knights of Columbus rosary to follow at 10:30am.

Entombment will be in St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum.  Full Military services will be conducted at the Cemetery by the Schulenburg American Legion.

The family requests donations be made to St. Rose Catholic Church or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  wife-Johnelle Minzenmeyer Miksch; daughters-Cecilia Anders/husband Steven and Catherine Miksch; sons-Kenneth Miksch, Paul Miksch/wife Patricia, Mark Miksch/wife Jennifer, Chris Miksch/wife Jennifer, and James Miksch; step daughters-Gale Lincke/husband Gary; step sons-Gary Minzenmeyer/wife Debbie and Glen Minzenmeyer/wife Gina; sisters-Margaret Pavlicek and Rose Geissen/husband Dick; brother-Edgar Miksch/wife Dorothy; 16 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 9 step great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife-Georgie Mae Miksch; parents-Gus and Emma Miksch; sister-Gertrude; granddaughter-Bridgette Miksch; and step grandson-Eric Minzenmeyer.
