A Memorial Mass for David J. Machac, age 66, of Schulenburg, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, from St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Schulenburg. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the Divine Mercy Chaplet to begin at 10:30 a.m. from the church. "Let It Be" will be sung immediately prior to the funeral. Inurnment will follow in St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg.

David is survived by his wife, Lynne Machac; children, Cullen and Lauren Machac, Julianna and D.J. Taylor, and Hailey Machac; grandchildren, Ella Hope, Emersyn Blake, Callan Briggs, Camden Brooks, and Lennon AnnMarie; sister-in-law, Lillian Florus; and brother-in-law, Eugene Zouzalik.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Janet Machac.
