Funeral services for Mr. Edwin Orsak, age 63 of Schulenburg, Texas will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 10 am from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg.

Visitation will begin after 5 pm on Monday, March 28, 2016 at St. Rose Catholic Church. The Fireman's Memorial Service will be at 6:45 pm, with the Parish rosary to follow at 7 pm from St. Rose Catholic Church.

Entombment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum.

The family requests donations be made to Hospice of South Texas or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: 2 daughters-Denise Corbin/husband Matt of Kingwood, Texas and Melanie Chonko/husband Paul of Abilene, Texas; 4 grandchildren-Kaylee and Seth Corbin and Marcus and Mya Chonko; mother-Lillian Orsak of Schulenburg, Texas; 4 sisters-LaNell Orsak of Onalaska, Texas, Margie Orsak of Alpharetta, Georgia, Barbara Vecera/husband Mark of Schulenburg, Texas and Debbie Huser/husband Fred of Hallettsville,Texas; 2 brothers-Joe Orsak/wife Roxanne of San Antonio, Texas and Ronnie Orsak/wife Barbara of Perth, Australia and Onalaska, Texas; sister-in-law-Loretta Kutac/husband Henry of Flatonia, Texas; 3 brothers-in-law-Alphonse Kubenka/wife Josie of Praha, Texas, Leon Kubenka/wife Frances of Praha, Texas and Stanley Kubenka/wife Jeannette of Engle, Texas; 27 nieces and nephews including 2 godchildren; and dear friend-Patsy Holub.

He is preceded in death by his loving and dedicated wife Lois Orsak; his father Edwin E. Orsak; and in-laws Anton and Matilda Kubenka.
