The funeral services for Mrs. Ella Meyer, age 94 of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 8:30 am on Wednesday at the Church, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 9:30 am prior to the funeral mass.

Interment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg, Texas.

Survivors include: daughter Irene Koopman/husband Johnny of La Grange; sons-William Meyer/wife Cynthia of Schulenburg, James Meyer of Schulenburg and Harvey Meyer/wife Denise of Schulenburg; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband-Ferdinand; 2 brothers; 3 grandchildren; 1 step sister; and 2 step brothers.

The family requests donations be made to: St. Rose Catholic Church, Schulenburg, Texas; Hospice of South Texas; or a charity of one's choice.
