Funeral services for Mrs. Elmarine Matus, age 76, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Monday, September 18, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg.

Interment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in High Hill, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to: St. Rose Catholic Church or School, Schulenburg, Texas; Hospice of South Texas, Hallettsville, Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: daughter-Karen Noska/husband Roy of La Grange; son-Allen Matus/wife Diana of Schulenburg; sister-Bernice Jurek of Schulenburg; brothers-Harvey Hollas/wife Violet of Schulenburg and Leonard Hollas/wife Carol of Hackberry; and 4 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband-Daniel; 1 sister and 1 granddaughter.
