The funeral services for Mr. Emil J. Roeder, Jr., age 66 of Schulenburg, Texas, will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 2 pm. Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Tuesday, December 17, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home. Interment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg.

Survivors include: 4 sisters, Jenell Huebotter and husband, Freddie of Freer, Violet Haba of Schulenburg, Cynthia Kosler and husband, Michael of Schulenburg, Judy Roeder of Cuero; brother, Gene Roeder and wife, Janet of Fair Oaks Ranch; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Velma Dieringer and Emil Roeder, Sr.
