Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 10am from the St. John Catholic Church, in St. John, Tx. Visitation will begin to the public after 5pm on Friday with the American Legion Memorial services at 6:30pm and the Parish rosary to be recited at 7pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home, in Schulenburg. Interment will be in the St. John Catholic Cemetery, St. John, Tx., with full military honors by the Schulenburg American Legion. The family requests donations be made to: The St. John Catholic Church, St. John, Tx or a charity of one's choice. Survivors include: wife-Bernice Pauler of St. John; daughters-Donna Ankerst/husband Mihael of Munich, Germany and Denise Pauler of Albuquerque, NM; sons-Chad Pauler/wife Oksana of Fulshear, Tx and Craig Pauler of Austin, Tx; 3 grandsons-Tanner, Jake and Jaxon; and 1 granddaughter-Antonia; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Parents and 1 brother.
