Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Vornsand, age 91 of Schulenburg, Texas, will be held Monday, March 9, 2015 at 10 am from the Moravia Catholic Church in Moravia, Texas.

Visitation will begin to the public on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 5 pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, Texas. The American Legion Auxiliary services will be held at 6:30 pm Sunday evening, with the Parish rosary to follow at 7 pm.

Interment will be in the Moravia Catholic Cemetery, Moravia, Texas.

Survivors include: daughter-Marie Logiodice and her husband Rocco of Port Aransas, Texas; son-Jimmy Vornsand and his wife Hope of Moravia; brother- Elvin Kocich and his wife Martha of Sugarland; sister-in-law-Florence Kocich of Houston; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents-Louis and Sophie Kocich; husband-Willie Vornsand; sister-Willie Mae Krupala; and brother Marvin Kocich.
