Memorial services will be held from the First Baptist Church of Schulenburg on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2 pm.

Visitation will be  at the Church prior to the memorial from 12 pm to 2 pm.

A private interment will be in Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Lavaca County, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to:  First Baptist Church, Schulenburg, Texas or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  sons and families-Vernon Zimmermann/wife Laura, Zachary (Kemra) and Jenna; Spence Zimmermann and daughter Randi; James Zimmermann/wife Constance, Beckett, Kristin, Adler and Maebry; and Chad Zimmermann/wife Jamie, Noah and Roman; brothers-Jeff Chapman/wife Diana and David Chapman; sisters-in-law Maxine Tudyk and Gloria Lieke/husband R.W.; and beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband-Vernon Zimmermann; her parents-Lillie Jean (Simmons) and James Chapman; and her niece-Julie (Chapman) Hardwick.
