Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 10 am at St. John Catholic Church in St. John, Texas.

Visitation will begin at 5 pm Monday, August 12 at Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, with the American Legion, VFW, and Vietnam Veterans Memorial service at 6:30 pm followed by the Parish rosary at 7 pm.

Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery in St. John.  Full Military honors will be conducted at the graveside by the Schulenburg American Legion, VFW, and Vietnam Veterans.

Survivors include:  sisters-Agnes H. Berckenhoff of Schulenburg and Frances Janak/husband Edmund of Houston; brothers-James Chaloupka of West Point and Anthony Chaloupka of Schulenburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents-Frank V. and Agnes Gaidousek Chaloupka and 2 sisters-Theresa Jalufka and Rose Melnar.
