The funeral services for Mr. Gerardo (Henry) Segura, age 80 of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the St. Mary's Catholic Church in High Hill, Texas on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg.

Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Flatonia, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to: St. Mary's Catholic Church, High Hill, Texas; St. Rose Catholic Church or School, Schulenburg, Texas; Hospice of South Texas, Hallettsville, Texas; The American Parkinson's Disease Association; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: wife-Justina Segura of Schulenburg; daughters-Virginia Meyer/husband Tommy of Schulenburg and Dorothy King/husband Richard of La Grange; son-Johnnie Segura/wife Susan of Schulenburg; sisters-Stella Morin/husband Mike of La Grange, Pat Christ/husband Roy of Schulenburg, Rosa Galipp/husband Carl E. of Schulenburg, Joyce Dittrich/husband Buddy of High Hill and Hope Vornsand/husband James of Moravia; brothers-Felix Segura of Schulenburg and Frank Segura of Schulenburg; and 5 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 sister and 3 brothers.
