Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 10 am from St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Wednesday, June 26 from Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, with the American Legion Memorial service to begin at 6:30 pm and Parish and Knights of Columbus Rosary to follow at 7 pm.

Burial will be at St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg. Full Military Honors will be conducted by the Schulenburg American Legion at the graveside.

The family requests that donations be made to:  St. Rose Church, St. Rose School, Hospice of South Texas, or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  wife-Margaret Pavlicek of Schulenburg; daughters-Carolyn Sasaki/husband Stan of Austin, Patricia Mazoch/husband James of Dubina, Emma Proske/husband Chris of La Grange, and Melissa Zapalac/husband Donald of Schulenburg; son-Jay Pavlicek/wife Suzanne of Hallettsville; sister-Earlene O'Brien of Schulenburg; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
