Funeral services for Mrs. Jo Lane Schwenke, age 55, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2 pm from St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas.

Visitation will begin to the public after 10 am Saturday from Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg. The Parish rosary will be recited prior to the mass at 1:30 pm from the Church.

Entombment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum in Schulenburg.

The family requests donations be made to Turtle Wing Foundation or St. Rose Catholic Church or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: husband-LLoyd Schwenke of Schulenburg; daughter- Tristian (T.J.) Schwenke of Round Rock; son-Grant Schwenke of Huntsville; sister-Dori Alvarado of Austin; brother-Eric Alvarado/wife Rebecca of Buda; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
