Funeral services will be held from St. Michael's Catholic Church in Weimar, Texas on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin at the Church at 8:30 am Friday, with the Parish rosary to be recited prior to the mass at 9:30 am.

Interment will be in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Weimar, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to:  St. Michael's Catholic Church, Weimar, Texas or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  husband-Ronald Schimcek of Weimar; daughter-Megan Schimcek of Pflugerville; sister-Melinda Castilleja/husband Vincent of Pflugerville; and step-mother-Karen Zapalac of El Campo.
