Funeral services for Mr. Johnnie Holub, age 94, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Thursday, December 7 from the funeral home. The Schulenburg American Legion and VFW memorial services will be held at 6:30 pm, with the Parish rosary to follow at 7 pm.

Interment will be at the St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg. Full military services will be conducted at the cemetery by the Schulenburg VFW and American Legion.

Survivors include: wife-Ellen Holub of Schulenburg; daughters-Charlene Simper of Moulton and Ginger Tilicek/husband Frank III of Schulenburg; sons-Wayne Holub/wife Donna of Schulenburg, John Holub, Jr./wife Elena of Columbus and Dale Holub/wife Gay of Pflugerville; brothers-Jimmy Holub/wife Gladys of Moulton, George Holub/wife Georgie of Moulton, and Archie Holub/wife Jeanette of Kingwood; sister-in-law-Ethelyn Holub of Gonzales; brother-in-law-Harlan Knezek of Bryan; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son, sister, brother and a son-in-law.
