Funeral services for Mr. Julian Bargas, age 86, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the First Baptist Church in Schulenburg on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2 pm.

Visitation will be at the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home from 5 to 7 pm on Friday, May 5, with the American Legion Memorial service to follow at 6:30 pm Friday.

Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Flatonia, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to The First Baptist Church,
110 N. Upton, Schulenburg, Texas or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: daughters-Yolanda Cuellar/husband Jesus of San Antonio and Sylvia Howard/husband David of Rome, Georgia; sons-Gabriel Bargas of Dallas and Felix Bargas/wife Kristen of Flatonia; 6 sisters; 3 brothers; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife- Margarita; 1 sister; and 1 infant brother.
