Funeral services will be held from the St. Mary's Catholic Church in High Hill, Texas on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 11 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm Thursday, August 11, 2022 from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, Texas, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm.

Interment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in High Hill, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to the High Hill Restoration Fund or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  sons-Craig Janda/wife Shelley of Round Rock and Greg Janda/wife Tiffany of Schulenburg; sister-Monica Muras/husband Ivan of Hostyn; brothers-Thomas Janda/wife Cindy of Katy, James Janda/wife Gladys of Weimar and Tony Janda/wife Diane of Weimar; and 4 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife-Carolyn; and 1 sister.
