Funeral services for Mr. Leonard Schimcek, age 73 of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, with the Parish rosary to be recited at 7 pm from the Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the Old High Hill Cemetery in High Hill, Texas.

Family requests donations be made to a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: wife-Jean Schimcek of Schulenburg; son-James Schimcek/wife Alison of Weimar; sister-Jeanette Vaculik of Schulenburg; brothers-Daniel Schimcek/wife Elva of Weimar, Wallace Schimcek/wife Wendy of Schulenburg, and Thomas Schimcek/wife Carolyn of Weimar; sister-in-law-Joylene Schimcek of Houston; and 2 grandsons-Cullen and Layton.

He is preceded in death by his Parents; 1 sister in infancy; 1 brother; and 1 brother-in-law.
