Funeral Services for Linda Konvicka Vacek, age 75, of Schulenburg, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Schulenburg. Interment will follow in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2026, from Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg with the parish rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. from the chapel.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Vicki Hudec; son, Lance Vacek and wife Wendy; grandchildren, Taiton Hudec and Alyssa Otto, Slade Vacek, Mason Vacek, Kallie Vacek; sister, Doris Briscoe; sister, Barbara Konvicka; brother, Thomas Konvicka and wife Rhonda; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel "Zeke" Vacek; son-in-law, Keith Hudec; brother, Allen Konvicka; and brother-in-law, Darius Briscoe.
