Funeral Services for Milton J. Barta, age 85, will be Friday, March 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Praha.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 7, 2024 beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg with the parish rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m.

Interment will be in Praha Catholic Cemetery.

Milton is survived by his daughters, Sheryl and Thomas Ponce, and Jennifer and Richard Moring; grandchildren, Sean Ponce, Hilary Strickland, Kristin Moring, and Seth Ponce; great grandchildren, Casen, Parker, Camden, and Blair; and sisters, Jeanette Treybig and Laura Janecek.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vinc Jr. and Marie Kristynik Barta.
