The funeral services for Morris Ray Earwood, age 82 of Hallettsville, Texas, will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 10 am from St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas. Visitation will begin to the public at 5 pm Monday, September 30, at the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg, with the rosary to be recited at 7 pm. Burial will be at St. Rose Catholic Cemetery, Schulenburg, Texas.

Survivors include: wife, Hattie Earwood of Hallettsville, Texas; daughter, Melissa Alexander of Mobile, Alabama; sister, Marge Baxter of California; and brother, JC Earwood of Dallas, Texas. Extended family includes: Don, Sherry, Brent, Margot and Ryan Davis; Ronald, Jackie, R.L., Zach, Tamney, and Courtney Traylor; Gus, Shirley, McKenzie, Kendall, and Peyton Traylor; Kimberly Earwood; and Jessica Messer.
