Funeral services will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Friday, March 22, with the Parish and Catholic Daughters rosaries to be recited at 7 pm from the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Cemetery in Schulenburg, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to:  St. Rose Catholic Church or School; or the Schulenburg Public Library; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  husband-Johnnie Balcar of Schulenburg; daughter-Sherrie Gibson/husband Allen of Houston; sons-John Gary Balcar/wife Rhonda of Bartonville and Danny Joe Balcar/wife Michelle of San Antonio; sister-in-law-Mary Jane Pesek of Schulenburg; brother-in-law-Rudy Machala of El Campo; 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her infant twin sisters.
