Funeral services will be held from the St. John the Baptist Church in Ammannsville, Texas on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 1:30 pm.

Visitation will begin on Sunday at 11 am from the Church, with the Parish rosary to be recited prior to the mass at 1 pm.

Interment will be in the Ammannsville Catholic Cemetery in Ammannsville, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to the Ammannsville KJT Building Fund; or St. Rose Catholic School, Schulenburg, Texas; or Sacred Heart High School Booster Club, Hallettsville, Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  wife-Glenda Stavinoha of Ammannsville; daughters- Stacey Heger/husband Roy of Ammannsville, Paula Fuchs/husband Dean of Burton, and Amanda Hermis/husband Jon of Cypress; sons-Tim Stavinoha/wife Elizabeth of Manvel and Tray Stavinoha of El Campo; sisters-Betty Wagner/husband Mel of Round Rock and Cecilia Weyand/husband Lester of Cypress; brothers-Leroy Stavinoha/wife Patsy of Caldwell and Felix Stavinoha/wife Gloria of Schulenburg; sisters-in-law-Bernice Stavinoha of Weimar and Mildred Stavinoha of Weimar; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 sister; 5 brothers; and 2 grandchildren.
