Memorial services for Mr. Lance Smith, age 52, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 2 pm from St. Paul's Presbyterian Church in Schulenburg, Texas.

Members of Lyons Lodge #195 A.F. & A.M. of Schulenburg will be conducting their service at the church. This will be followed by full Military Honors conducted by the Schulenburg VFW and American Legion.

Survivors include: mother-Eileen Smith of Schulenburg; wife-Sherry Smith of Schulenburg; step-sons-Tyler Machicek of Schulenburg and Shane Machicek of Schulenburg; sister-Dana Bartosh/husband Mike of Ammannsville; 2 step-granddaughters; 1 step-grandson; 2 nieces; 2 aunts and 1 uncle.

He was preceded in death by his father-Louin Boyd Smith III; 1 step-daughter; 1 step-son; and 1 uncle.
