Funeral services for Mrs. Rita Brossmann, age 72, of Schulenburg, Texas will be held from the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 10 am.

Visitation will begin at the Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg from 4 to 6 pm Tuesday, May 1.  Visitation will resume at the St. Rose Church beginning at 6:30 pm.  The Parish, Catholic Daughters and Altar Society rosaries will be recited at 8 pm.

Entombment will be in the St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum in Schulenburg, Texas.

The family requests donations be made to the St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include:  husband-James Brossmann of Schulenburg; daughters-Sheila Brossmann of Schulenburg and Roxann Redding/husband Darren of Hostyn; son-Scotty Brossmann/wife Cheryl of St. John; sister-Janie Kristynik of Garwood; grandchildren-Clayton and April Brossmann and Christopher, Cassie and Brooke Redding; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother.
