Funeral services for Mr. Roland Proske, age 77 of Schulenburg, Texas will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 10 am from St. Rose Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas.

Visitation will begin at Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home in Schulenburg on Wednesday, August 16 from 5 pm until 6:15 pm and then continue at St. Rose Catholic Church at 6:30 pm, with American Legion Memorial Service at 7:30 and SVFD Memorial Service to follow. Parish and KC rosary will be recited at 8 pm.

Entombment will be in St. Rose Catholic Mausoleum in Schulenburg, Texas. Full military honors will be conducted by the Schulenburg American Legion and VFW.

The family requests donations be made to: Schulenburg Volunteer Fire Department; or Hospice of South Texas; or a charity of one's choice.

Survivors include: wife-Pat Proske of Schulenburg; daughter-Rhonda Mieth/husband Stephen of Rockport; son-Jeff Proske/wife Terry of Schulenburg; 4 grandchildren; and brother-Adolph Proske/wife Anita of La Grange.
